An erotic, immersive cabaret experience featuring burlesque, aerial, kink, and drag performance art. As the opening act for CVLTVS Presents: House of Love – S3x CVLT, Foreplay ignited the evening with boundary-pushing spectacle and visceral storytelling, leading seamlessly into an unforgettable late-night rave.

Creative Concept

In collaboration with Foreplay director and House of Yes co-founder Anya Sapozhnikova, I brought a new wave of erotic storytelling to the long-standing cabaret series. My goal was to heighten the theatricality, deepen the emotional arc, and integrate the show more cohesively with the late-night CVLTVS party that followed.

We introduced four entirely new acts built from scratch — blending ritual, sensuality, and performance art into a single cohesive narrative. I worked closely with performers to develop their acts, pushing for originality, shock factor, and emotional resonance.

Between acts and during intermission, I curated a series of interactive performance installations in the venue's front room, transforming the space into a surreal dreamscape and extending the immersive experience beyond the stage.

Scope of Work

• Curated and cast 4 new performers, each developing original work in collaboration with me

• Directed thematic development and flow of the show in partnership with Anya Sapozhnikova

• Creative directed immersive intermission performances in ancillary spaces

• Integrated visual and thematic elements between the Foreplay show and the House of Love party experience

• Coordinated run-of-show transitions to maintain high energy through performance and dancefloor phases
